The legendary "CROSSROADS"
|
Biography

I have been involved with music in some form for most of my
life. I am a self taught musician playing lead guitar, bass
guitar, keyboards as well as performing vocals. I lead two
bands the first was SilverCreek. That lasted for several years
and had different members throughout, all excellent
musicians. In 2006 I started Hwy 61. The name comes from the
legendary crossroads. Legend has it that Robert Johnson
sold his soul in exchange for his guitar playing ability. The
crossroads are where Hwy 61 and Hwy 49 meet in the land of
the delta blues. I love playing blues and in the near future am
going to be writing some original blues tunes.
I have played both locally throughout Arizona and the mid
west with my bands and on occasion joined in with others.
I am in the process of getting a new line up and will post
members as soon as information becomes available. In the
meantime, I will be joined by some of my former bandmates
for up coming shows.
Thanks for visiting .. check back soon.
